The 6-foot-10 center, who has has appeared in 111 career

NBA

regular season games, played a combined 44 last season with both Sacramento and Toronto, averaging 6.9 points, 5 rebounds and 1.8 assists during 17.5 minutes per contest.

. Orlando still has one two-way spot available.

Two-way contracts allow teams to carry three extra players in addition to the 15 on their regular season roster. Those players will go between the NBA and G League, but they’re limited to 50 NBA games.

By signing Robinson to a two-way, the Magic add quality depth at center, a position that features

, Moe Wagner and Goga Bitadze. Although Wagner, who tore his left ACL last December, is working to be ready for the start of the season, it’s not known if he’ll be available opening night.

Last season, Robinson first appeared in nine games with the Kings before he was cut Jan. 7 and then signed consecutive 10-day contracts with the Raptors on Jan. 18 and Jan. 28. He then signed a two-way contract with Toronto on Feb. 7, before it was converted to a standard contract on March 4.

He scored in double figures 13 times and totaled 20-plus points twice, including a career-high 25 points on March 12 vs. Philadelphia. Robinson pulled down 10-plus rebounds five times, including a career-high-tying 12 rebounds three times, the last on April 9 vs. Charlotte, and recorded four double-doubles.

Undrafted out of Fresno State, Robinson spent the first two years of his NBA career with the Heat and has also started 17 G League games with Sioux Falls and Stockton. He appeared in 67 games across two seasons in MIami (2022-24).

During his third and final college season in 2021-22, Robinson became just the second player in NCAA history to compile 700-plus points, 300-plus rebounds and 100-plus assists in a single season.
