Orlando City forward Marco Pašalić will be joining teammate Alex Freeman at the MLS All-Star Game in Austin, Texas, on July 23, the team announced Tuesday.
Since joining the team in February, Pašalić has tallied 10 goals and four assists and started 22 matches. He is tied with Martín Ojeda for the most Orlando City goals in regular-season play. Internationally, he has earned 11 caps for Croatia’s senior national team.
Pašalić, 24, was one of six players added to the MLS All-Star roster by coach Nico Estévez on Tuesday.
Freeman and Pašalić are the seventh and eighth All-Star selections in Orlando City history. In the match at Q2 Stadium, a team of MLS All-Stars will face a team of All-Stars from Mexico’s top soccer league, LIGA MX.

who was named an All-Star on June 26,
will also participate in the All-Star Skills Challenge, it was announced Tuesday.
The Tuesday competition of five head-to-head tests of ball control, accuracy, strategy and teamwork will also include former U.S. international Clint Dempsey and former Mexico international Oribe Peralta and U.S. Women’s National Team star Lindsey Heaps and LIGA MX Femenil standout Nicki Hernández. They will compete along with select MLS and LIGA MX All-Stars.
