ORLANDO, FL.The National Hurricane Center’s 8 a.m. tropical update on Saturday indicates that Invest 90L has a high probability of developing into a tropical storm during the next days.
Later tonight, a tropical depression is predicted to form, and on Sunday, it is likely to grow even more, possibly developing into Tropical Storm Fernand. Later today, hurricane hunters will examine the system.

Although there is now little likelihood of tropical development, Invest 99L is also being watched. According to models, it will keep moving westward in the direction of the Lesser Antilles. Its growth is now being impeded by strong wind shear, but by Sunday and Monday, circumstances may improve.
Central Florida does not currently face any tropical hazards. As these systems develop, stay tuned for further updates!
