The victims reported that the sprinkler system became more reliable on August 8 after Corporal Kyle Ferguson first arrived to a residence on Southwest 51st Circle in Ocala on April 30.

Ferguson was informed by the victims that the incidences were so frequent that the father started dressing in swimming gear to protect his kids from spray.

According to the press release, Ferguson observed Roman’s house and verified that the sprinkler system was pointed directly toward the bus stop.

When Roman was contacted by the authorities, he acknowledged that he was unhappy with the bus stop’s position since the wheelchair ramp took up space in his driveway.

Because he was angry that the bus was on [his] side, he admitted to manually turning on the sprinklers.

Roman was at his out-of-state secondary residence when Ferguson got an arrest warrant for him.

He handed himself in when he got back to Ocala, and deputies took him to the Marion County Jail.
