To the person
who doesn’t know what they are talking about, the answers to the daily crossword were not in the next day paper but in same day paper just not directly under the puzzle.
I would venture
to guess that most of the people who do the crossword are seniors. Younger people are on their phones. Seniors almost always have vision problems. That being said the puzzle no longer works well for me. The boxes are too small. The clues are too small and one can barely find the asterisk on starred clues. There have been missing clues on several puzzles and wrong answers upside down. How about an explanation for this fiasco? We’re all waiting.
I’m ticked off
that the common public is not aware that the big money payouts the gotcha lawyers commercials tout are only from accidents with commercial trucks. Regular car to car accidents are capped at $50,000. Also, the big money payouts are not what’s left after paying all the bills.
With the multitude
of commercials Spectrum spends money on, you’d think the service would be better. I’m so tired of the constant pixelating and picture freezes!! You would think that they should be perfect!
I am ticked
off at the man who coughed loudly and continuously in a full movie theater last night. And then commented to his companion about a child crying in the audience. Two people who shouldn’t have been in the movie theater in the first place. And if you can’t afford a babysitter for your child, how can you afford to get into the movies and buy popcorn and soda?
I am ticked
off that the column can’t publish pictures because as they say a picture is worth a thousand words.
The July 14
answers for today’s crossword do not match the clues or the grid. It seems that the problems continue instead of being corrected and resolved. Ever since adding old Doonesbury cartoons to the page, there have been so many unacceptable changes to the page and many errors. When will it be resolved?
