I’m hoping that today’s crossword problem will be a huge, huge error. I enjoy solving the puzzle every day and seeing the solutions at the bottom of the page after I’m done. Don’t take away from me that one great joy, please. The individual who created this need format should be fired. Bad! Horrible! Horrible!
At all times, the game of golf must be played with a high degree of honesty and decorum. The game has changed in recent weeks, moving more or less toward romper room in terms of professionalism. The game needs to consider the product it is offering when we are now hurling clubs, smashing and breaking tee marks, and slamming clubs on the ground out of annoyance. These actions are directed at the spectators who pay to watch this game performed at a high level. We have even gone so far as to ruin the assets of the host club. A lot of money is spent on the game. The patrons who pay to watch a performance should be treated with the utmost professionalism. Patrons will get disenchanted and the sport as a whole will continue to be associated with greed rather than honor and decency if the recent acts do not stop and cease.
Once more, the prime-time talent show is destroying our ability to watch performances by intercutting audience, host, and random person reactions. This year, it’s worse than ever. Respect the acts, please. Additionally, I want to hear the talent, not your yelling, so please stop screaming throughout the performances.
John David at the Fazoli’s restaurant by Fashion Square is to be thanked. He constantly greets customers with such warmth. I enjoy it when he stops by to give them extra breadsticks while they’re eating. He is quite effective at keeping the restaurant spotless by sweeping the floor and wiping down the tables. He is a cheerful service provider.
